Termitic Diversity of the Dalhia Fleurs Partial Natural Reserve (Bingerville, Côte d’Ivoire)

Termites play an important ecological role. The objective of this work is to evaluate the diversity termites in two different ecosystems (primary forest and horticultural forest) Partial Dalhia Fleurs Natural Reserve (DFNR) In each ecosystem, three transects were carried out using standardized rapid termite assessment method. A total 20 species sampled. primary forest, 18 sampled 16 forest. These belong families which are Termitidae with 17 Rhinotermitinae. Macrotermes subhyalinus, bellicosus, Acanthotermes sp, Odontotermes Ancistrotermes guineensis, Microtermes sp2, Procubitermes Protermes Pericapritermes Microcerotermes parvus, Amphidotermes Cubitermes fungifaber, Noditermes Apilitermes Amitermes guineensis Trinervitermes sp. second family was that Rhinotermitidae 3 namely Coptotermes intermedius, sjöstedti Schedorhinotermes lamanianus. Thus, Fleur Nature abounds a significant wealth termitic fauna. It therefore protect it further.
